Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must:

  • Be in original condition with tags attached
  • Be unworn and unwashed
  • Include original packaging
  • Have no signs of wear or damage

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Footwear (Backpacking Boots, Casual Boots, Dress Shoes) – must be tried on clean surfaces only
  • Headwear (Balaclavas, Beanies & Watch Caps)
  • Base Layers and intimate apparel
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
