Return Conditions

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Footwear: Backpacking Boots, Casual Boots, Dress Shoes (must be tried on clean surfaces only)
  • Headwear: Balaclavas, Beanies & Watch Caps
  • Base Layers and intimate apparel
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
